Since 2014, our mission has been to bring Bacon to the masses (or at least, the Great Lakes Bay area). We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients as a way to support and celebrate other small business owners.

Every Saturday from May until October, head on over to the Midland Farmer's Market in the Dow Diamond parking lot, where we serve the best breakfast burritos this side of the Mississippi!

at SVRC Marketplace, the Market Cafe is our stationary location! Stop by, shop local small businesses, and have some bacon!
